Who else has noticed their literal bones much more since losing weight? 😂

I can feel more of the bones in my legs, it is almost uncomfortable sitting with my butt bones having less padding, my knees kind of knock together in a way they didn't... Even my shoulders are more bony.

Mostly positive results that I'm very happy with with being on tirz, but I guess I didn't realize how much my body fat padded some areas!!
