Question for those that have lost 30+ lbs

SW: 227, CW: 215. Stalled for 2.5 weeks at 215lbs. Male 5'10".

Has anyone here that has lost 30+ lbs not gone up to 15mg? I'm just trying to plan my future orders.

Right now I'm on week 7, it'll be my third week on 5mg and I havent lost a single pound since I got on 5mg. My food noise hasn't returned, I don't crave. And I'm eating in deficit for weight loss.

My exercise consists of walking 8k steps a few times a week (foot injury so I can't go super long like many here can) at least not until I lose more weight and put less stress on it. And I work out twice a week with weights and heavy lifting etc.

But I've stalled and I'm spending all this money on this stuff and it's supremely frustrating.

Ok, now that I've vented - I need to order a 3 month supply and I know everyone reacts differently - but should I order the standard progression of 7.5, 10, 12.5 etc? Or should I consider going up higher, faster now that I've stalled?

I've yet to experience any nausea at any dose so far, and my insomnia is now in a fairly controlled state.
