This tyre still good to drive?

Hey. I assume I might to replace this but wanted to make sure before I spend a not insignificant amount of money. It’s the front right tyre on FWD car. If it needs to be replaced, then the next question would be if I need to replace all 4 ( wouldn’t get the same make/model of tyre) or only the front two. All tyres are 2 years old.
