Is this okay to drive on?

Hey guys, so i basically just bought this 2014 328d, they still have the stock wheels and one of them is pretty messed up

They are all season run flat tires, somehow the previous owner patched it on the sidewall?? I didnt know that was possible on run flats and i know its unsafe

Realistically how unsafe is this? The tires still hold air and i probably need about a half a month to a month until i can get new tires
