[TOMT][Software/Video Game][2000's][UK] Tool that allowed you to plan out a garden?

So in the early/mid-2000's I remember playing this game (although now that I think of it, it probably wasn't even meant to be a video game) where you could plan out your a garden, basically a floor plan? I remember you could place down different types of busted and put in a little gazebo, and maybe even water?

If it helps some, it was installed via disk, and the UI was pretty basic?
