[TOMT] ice cream sandwich

Trying to help my brother find an ice cream sandwich he had in Colorado last year

He can't remember much, but he describes the vanilla is yelloiwsh/off white, the cake was very soft and he got it at a Kroger. He doesn't remember the packaging.

He's back home in Dallas, but says he had this ice cream sandwich in Colorado. He says it definitely wasn't Klondike, bluebell or Kroger brand. Maybe it's a brand sold only in Colorado? No idea, if anyone got any tips, please help out. We on a ice cream man hunt.
