Why Didn’t Amazon Games Warn Us About This Server Transfer Trap?

I transferred from a Launch Server to an Early Access Server to experience the dynamics of playing on a more populated server. I purchased the transfer ticket, selected a server from the list (which includes both LS and EA servers). After some time, I decided to buy another ticket to transfer back to my original Launch Server. To my surprise, only EA servers were available, and I was informed of a 30-day cooldown before making another transfer.

When I contacted Amazon Games, this was their response:

<amz-answr> We will temporarily restrict characters from transferring off of Early Access Servers to Launch Servers. Players on Full Launch Servers can transfer (subject to space availability) to either Early Access or other Full Launch Servers without restrictions. Right now the restrictions are still on, so you won't be able to select any server, just the ones eligible for you.

Have a wonderful day and please stay safe! </amz-answr>

So, be careful, folks: if you transfer to an EA server, you might end up in an inescapable limbo. It’s disheartening because at no point—NONE—during the transfer process, terms of use, or conditions is this restriction mentioned.

Edit: After hours of discussion, I would like you to understand that, in fact, at this point, I do not regret what I did. Would I do it again? Maybe not. What is the main issue? The lack of demonstration, at the moment of the act's consummation, that something irreversible would be done. Finished.
