Winter Event Merchant leaving 1/9?

So... I think that the Event Merchant will leave tomorrow, but in the shop UI it says "restock after 19h 18 min". This is probably an oversight error, but I just want to make sure before spending the remaining Wreaths on Stellarite.

¿Any facts?
