Odd issue just appeared when trying to boot X1 Carbon Gen 9 today

I have been using an X1 Carbon Gen9/4k/512 OEM SSD/32GB for some time and is has never been dropped, damaged, had liquid damage, etc.

The only oddities I have experienced was the Self Heating BIOS on two occasions. After a slight delay, machine booted fine. OS is Windows 10 Enterprise with all updates, and Commercial Vantage with all firmware updates, etc.

I have read about the memory calibration process, flashing the Fn Key LEDs sequentially, and the LEDs do flash quickly, but not in a sequential order. They include the ESC key, and Fn keys.

The LED next to the power button does flash three times when connected to power, and the LED next to the USB-C plug does illuminate amber before changing to white. After 30 seconds or so, it turns off.

The display panel test (Fn + Ctrl) when power button is pressed does invoke the display panel displaying red, green, and white.

Things of note are that it has never beeped at all, nor have the fans rotated in the slightest.

I have disconnected the CMOS battery, the main battery, and nothing has changed.

Does anyone know of a way to possibly revive this machine, or a method to perform a BIOS recovery using a USB drive?

Any tips appreciated!
