Ralphie’s joke about ginny sack caused to downfall of the NJ family

A couple of weeks ago i saw a meme talking about how the joke Ralph made about ginny’s “95 pound mole” was the tipping point for the relationship between new york and jersey. I hadn’t really thought of it before but it completely makes sense in a lighthearted way 😭 The joke caused strained relationships within the NY family and within the Jersey family as well as a huge rift between Tony and Johnny sack and inevitably (through a long and kind of loose chain reaction) Caused tony’s death. Although there’s a bunch of different theories on who killed tony IF tony was killed- it would make sense that Phil is the one who ordered the hit which leads back to ginny’s 95 pound mole on her ass (although never stated, it was heavily implied that her mole spent 20 years on her ass)
