I’m watching an episode where it’s her birthday. In the previous episode, she was in the therapist’s office, venting about her marriage to Tony and his many infidelities. Now, for her birthday, Tony got her a ring.

Based on everything you know, would you say that Tony actually loves Carmela? Yes, she’s the mother of his children, but aside from that, what do you think?
