I need my therapist to be straight up

I start therapy again this Friday for the first time in 3 years after a recent breaking point. My thing is, I have had my fair share of all different types of therapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and schizoaffective. My newest diagnosis are BPD and ADHD. I don’t know how I need to be straight up and not beat around the bush about what I’m dealing with. I’ve had bad therapists and only 2 that I could really trust since I was 12 (now 27). I’m hoping for my sanity that this goes well. I don’t need someone to sugar coat and tell me things I’ve heard literally a million times from everyone I’ve gone to for help. It’s all the same. How can I make this a different experience than the rest?
