PHP and IOP clinicians

Looking for guidance. There are only two clinicians, myself, and one other. We go back-and-forth running for groups today, two each. It has been running very smooth. We have about five or six clients each that we meet with individually every week. The program is expanding, but they are not hiring anyone new. We are going to be running two groups at the same time. Which means myself and the other therapist are running all four groups And they don’t want us to meet with clients individually anymore so we have time to run the groups, do intakes and insurance authorizations. I do not know how this is sustainable. Clients deserve individual session sessions, and I am being gaslit by my supervisor saying that it is “normal” and basically “ do what you gotta do to make it work”. No guidance at all.

I don’t know how to prepare that many groups by myself every week. Any advice on anything I said? And how do you present your material? Paper readings? PowerPoint? Anything is helpful.
