Lighting for jars?

I've not built or cared for a terrarium before but the cute little unlabeled plants in the "good for terrariums" section at the local nursery called to me. I'm pretty sure the super bright grow light setup for my succulents is not a good place for these.

Any suggestions on lighting that would look nice and not be a bright uncomfortable glare?
