What show got cancelled specifically because of a controversy?

I know networks usually cancel good shows because it gives them a boner, but what's an example of a show that got cancelled because of some controversial shit?

A recent example I can think of is Little Demon. For those who don't know, Little Demon was a show that aired on FX, which is about a girl who finds out she's the daughter of Satan (played excellently by Danny DeVito). So, you'd think a show with that premise would be common sense not to show your kids, right? Well, apparently, some religious groups decided to start shit and accuse Disney of pushing Satanism on our kids. Yeah, because obviously, TV-MA stands for "Munchkins Allowed." While it was never officially confirmed to be the reason the show was cancelled, FX just sort of silently gave it the axe and even removed it from Hulu.
