HELP how can i find a boyfriend/girlfriend !?!?

im 16(ftm) and i just want a partner so bad, i have 2 crushes ones a boy who isnt gay and the other is my close friend and i dont want to risk ruining or friendship. im so jealous of the fact that everyones had SOMEOME at least once and i feel like ill never find anyone. apart from 'glowing up' what else can i do ??
