Windows 11 Lowering Volume + Quiet audio even at 100% volume

I recently upgraded to Windows 11, and ever since I've had two major issues.

One, is that for some reason my volume is quite low despite the mixer being at 100% (The same goes for individual apps) - Where as on Windows 10, my volume was usually set to around 30-40% for normal use.

The other, is that Windows seems to lower my audio whenever I recieve any form of notification, be it from Windows itself, Steam, Discord, anything.

I've tried countless things, and searched google plenty of times.

Here's a couple;

• Disabled Enhancements
• Changed the Windows communication setting to "Do nothing"
• Various drivers, old and new
• Disabled Discord "Attenuation"
• Removed programs having access to my headphones

The list goes on, and so my last hope is posting here in hopes someone might have an idea, or a solution before I give in and go back to Windows 10.

Edit; I should add my drivers are Realtek, as well as my headphones use a jack.
