Laptop acts weird when typing + with other keyboards too
My laptop is a 12 year old Samsung NT370R5E-A44S.
TL;DR: I fucked my keyboard up by pressing the Caps Lock key too many times. Now I need a fix.
Earlier, I was full screen while editing some code in VS Code, for some reason I was intrigued to spam-press the Caps Lock key and while in the middle of editing, I switched my window to Firefox to look up something and as I was about to type something, I noticed that it started doing a heap of things until when I tried to switch tabs, it seemed like it was just selecting it. Of course I knew it went into some secret Developer Options menu and I couldn't seem to get out of it. After I closed it, I was seeing that text was being written in all caps even while the Caps Lock key was blocked. None of the other keys were responsive and a reboot completely killed my Right Shift key. While it might not seem like a big deal, as someone who often has to type things in a keyboard (a lot of us), this turns out to be bothersome and you'd have to be developing a habit where you don't use any Right side keys.
I quite often install various OSes on it (mostly Linux) on it but right now I'm on Debian Testing. I don't know if software is the cause because the problem persisted even on a Windows ISO.
