Question about caffeine content in breakfast teas and recommendations for tea

Short background: I would not classify myself as a tea person. I dont really like most teas other than black breakfast teas. English breakfast is pretty much the only thing I drink. And I have pretty much only drank twinings English breakfast most of my life.

I haven't ever been a hot beverage person and I absolutely hate coffee, but recently having two small children has brought me to a season of life that I need daily caffeine to function.

For the past year and a half I've been drinking Tazo Awake Tea(please don't judge, I'm not a tea person) because it says the caffeine content is 65 mg per cup. That one seems to work for me and I like the taste, but no stores ever have it(I live in FL panhandle). And I feel like the twinings is not enough to get me through the day without needing a nap lol

I bought Taylors English breakfast tea today and liked the taste but cannot find the caffeine content of it anywhere. I also have access to Yorkshire tea, but have no idea what it even tastes like or if it have caffeine. Please help me!

Sidenote: I add honey and milk to my tea every day trying to wean myself down on the honey tho
