Help me out with career for TCS employee(2024 graduate)

I'm a 2024 engineer graduate. Currently I'm working at TCS as Manual Tester with the total experience of 4 months and 1 months as Manual Tester. Almost everybody knows about the TCS hike and salary package, my current package ninja 3.3LPA. And I really need to get into developer line but I know we can kick start what ever I want. And my only concern of being TCS employee. Because we can't expect a hike and a learning environment. i felt like stuck between a two gaint pillars can't able to decide which decision to make.

I need a help to switch my role or jump to other company with good designation.
