TCL Q5 SMART TV WITH FIRE TV: picture settings are all greyed except for Backlight in APPS & VIDEOS

even in HDMI 1 some thing are greyed out but when I'm in apps and videos all the settings are greyed out except for backlight, I would be okay with this but that godawful motion processing setting is on high and greyed out as well, I absolutely hate that soap opera blurry look when it is on so not having a way to turn it off just AGHHHUSHDYSBS

Does anyone know how to fix this

edit: FIXED, click on a video or on an app on their like netflix, youtube ect. You can change the setting only while the video is playing
