Books on the human condition

Hello all. I've recently picked up reading again after a long hiatus, and I've been absolutely loving books about what makes us, us. To be specific, books that analyze our behaviours, beliefs, actions, condition, and what leads us to getting there. Perhaps it is considered as the genre of psychology?

These are the books I've read/am reading and absolutely love(d):

  • Attached - Amir Levine & Rachel S. F. Heller
  • The Child in You - Stefanie Stahl
  • Dopamine Nation - Anna Lembke
  • The Only Constant - Najwa Zebian
  • The Myth of Normal - Gabor Mate
  • The Body Keeps the Score - Bessel van der Kolk

These might not all fit the category I described above, but somewhere along these lines. Would greatly appreciate any recommendations on these!
