Can I eat too much Total cereal?

I have a problem with this cereal. I mean I know they sneak sugar in it so it's tasty but you know. I'm concerned I might be eating three times the amount I should be, maybe more? Stretch that over a couple weeks (before I fixate on another snack) and I might get too many vitamins. I know some you can just pee out and some will mess you up if you get too much. Am I Totally Fine or Totally F*cked?

Edit: Combined with the increased volume of coffee over the last couple days, as a result of this I think I have produced a larger volume of poop in the last 48 hours than I had the entire week before this.
