any available sponsors for student organizations?

I am a student leader and I badly need help where to get sponsors or speakers for events that is not that pricey or maybe even free. any idea who I can tap? can i request speaker from DICT? I am a computer major related organization.

It is kinda hard to get those services since we only have limited budget sometimes even none. I badly want to support and serve students and give them seminars, webinars, or even small events. please help a student leader out
