Can’t transfer from StubHub to Ticketmaster

I just bought Taylor swift tickets for Oct 18 on StubHub. I got an email saying the tickets are ready but when I click on them to transfer them to Ticketmaster I get an “oops something went wrong” error. Does this have to do with not being able to transfer until 72 hours before? Should these be available on Tuesday?
