3 weeks sober and feelings great! Physical results lagging.
Haven’t had a drop of booze in three weeks and the biggest change is how easy it is to get up at 6 am and do planks and stretches with my morning coffee.
Also been working out at least 30 min a day and watching my diet.
I haven’t lost any weight yet but feel like I’ve put on some muscle. Me 360 says I’ve lost an inch of belly in a month though.
