Unsure what to 100%

Hey guys im gonna be starting a youtube channel around 100% games on steam as most seem to be on console but i was unsure where to start. I was gonna go with dead cells but decideed against it due to it taking around 100 hours. Im looking for a game that isn't too saturated on youtube as I want a chance of being noticed. Thanks
