Worried about my privacy

Company that I started working for forced us to install Sophos on our computers. I wanted to use DVI for it since it’s getting me paranoid for security reasons. It got installed on my main device and now I’m not sure what to think. Can my employer see what I see on my screen? Can they see my browsing history or what I type/clipboard? Please advise on this.
