Could Jinwoo heal people with his abilities?

So after the time reset, in the side stories when Anatres is reborn in Jinwoo's body and finds out about his mom's eternal slumber he says something along the lines of "My magic could easily heal it". But afaik after defeating the monarchs the second time Jinwoo becomes stronger than even Anatares(but correct me if I'm wrong), however when he helped Go Gunhee he used the elixir of life, so does he simply not have the ability to do so?
Also, while writing this it got me thinking, if Jinwoo could techincally craft more of the elixir of life, given he is so much more powerful than he was before
