Is this a good starting board for $200?

I’m 6’2” 185lbs Size 12 boot. Looking to get my first board, found this one on FB marketplace listed for $200 I know a local place to get bindings, thoughts on this? Should I try to get the price down more? “Burton Radius Snowboard Size: 165W Used for 1 season so the board is in good condition”
