Is this normal?
Hello, I have purchased a 2024 Burton Custom Camber in December of 2023. I rode it for 4 days in March 2024 (all groomed runs, no off-piste or park stuff) and now I went for my first day of the season, and after the 2nd run my board broke (see pic).
I didn't even realize it was broken until I finished the run and got the board off to go on the lift.
Can someone explain how such a break is possible without hitting anything (the edges of the board are intact) or forcing it in any way?
Also, does anyone have any experience with Burton's international warranty? The board was purchased off www.supersklep.com, I obviously contacted them and sent pics and they said that it looks like "mechanical deterioration", which is outside of the warranty.
