Family Didn't like my Ribs
Hi all. I am seeking some advice. I made these ribs. Smoked em at 245 for about 5 hours. At 180 degrees (after stall) I applied some home made sauce then pulled em after the bend test at about 200F. No foil wrap and had them rest for a half hour. My family said they were too smoky for their tastes and the bark was too thick. Any tips? Here's a pic of the ribs my FIL made today to go with mine.
