Question about refund

Am I able to try to get a refund if I already finished the treatment? I’m still making my payments but I feel like I should be able to stop if I can’t even go to them with questions or have the lifetime smile guarantee. I’ve read a lot of things that say if you’ve already completed treatment then you won’t be able to get a refund but wondering if anyone is in the same boat who’s been lucky.
