Negative ANA but positive ENA

Hi Guys,

in my blood tests, I have always negative ANAs but always positive ENAs, but all underlying things are negative (JO1, SS DNA etc.). Has someone experience with this?

Does someone know, what an isolated positive ENA means. Is this a possible sign for an autoimmune disease?
