New Q customer - good deal or being robbed?

Signed up for Sky Q just under two weeks ago. Asked for the following: Signature + Ultimate, Sky Sports, and all the HD and UHD channels (Netflix came included with ads). Was quoted £57.50 but after a "chat with the manager" it was dropped to £53.50.

I asked the agent whether I'd be excluded from the April price rise, and she said yes, but I've since received emails that the price will be rising by a few quid. I've also since upgraded Netflix to Premium, which will soon bring my total price to £68.

I initially thought I got a decent deal...but have seen what others have got and I'm not so sure, especially as a new customer. Two questions:

1) Is this a good deal?

2) If I were to ring to cancel in the cooling off period (saying I'm annoyed about the price rise when I was told it wouldn't happen), am I likely to be offered a better deal?

Thanks!
