Moisture in new car

Hey ho I have a Fabia iV. I am commuting 45 km one way. AC on at 21 degrees Celsius soft ventilation. Sometimes aircare. The problem:

Since negative temperatures Ice appears. But also on the inside. The windows fog up heavily or are frozen over. It only dissolves after a few kilometers, but not completely in the corners of the windscreen and on the side windows.

What can I do? The car is new and should not have such a moisture problem correct ? (my old Vito did not have this, despite the same usage behavior)
