is this planaria?

one of my shrimp died a couple days ago and saw one these worm thingies on it. i don’t see a triangular head but it is a cause for concern. if it is planaria, what do you guys recommend i do? i started this tank a few months ago and just noticed these guys. haven’t introduced anything new to the tank as of the last month so im a little confused. anything helps, thanks
