Would neos or Hawaiian volcano shrimp be easier overall

I don't have any shrimp yet and I was planning on getting some neos. I saw a video on Hawaiian volcano shrimp and was wondering if it would be better to set up a 2nd tank for the Hawaiian shrimp and use the established tank for something else, or just stick with the neos.

I only plan to keep one species for the time being so which could be better. I also already have another tank that I can use for the brackish water.
