Bands with prominent vocalists?

So much of Shoegaze and gaze-adjacent music has vocals that are drenched in reverb and buried in the mix, which is cool, it’s a hallmark of the genre, but sometimes I crave music where there are crisp vocals on top of the mix, sung by people who are a little more prominent, rather than people who are kinda off singing in the shadows, if that makes sense. I want to find some bands with singers who are good “front men/women” with big voices and big personalities. Any suggestions?
