How to Actually Shift(Down to the Cake)

Good Afternoon, Shifters!

You might be wondering, why do some people shift while others don’t?

The answer lies in two key factors:

It’s not about the reality or the method—it’s about identity and belief.

When you’re born, you’re given a name (e.g., John Doe), and you form the belief that this is who you are. You believe that John Doe exists in this particular reality, in this world.

This concept may be difficult to grasp, but here’s the truth: there is no such thing as separate realities. Everything is happening simultaneously—the past and future don’t truly exist; only the present moment does. This ties into manifestation and the law of assumption, but that’s not the focus of this post.

What’s crucial to understand is this: there is no separation. It’s all about shifting your awareness to a new version of yourself. To shift, you need to do the following: 1. Understand who you want to become and begin to think as if you already are that person. Think that you are that person (e.g., I am Jane Doe or whoever you choose). 2. Realize that you are simply awareness, and that you have the power to choose who you want to be. 3. The method is you. It’s the same as going on vacation: You don’t focus on the destination to get there, you focus on becoming the person who is already there—getting on the plane to reach that place. Your identity serves as the bridge to a new awareness. You don’t have to gaslight yourself; you just need to change your internal thoughts and words to align with the person you want to be. Simply say, “I am that person.”

In other words, identity is the bridge to a new state of awareness.

The key to shifting is reprogramming your mind(thoughts or words)
