Starting as a service advisor on Monday. Need advice please.

Hi all. I’m moving from the Parts Department to Service Advisor on Monday. Toyota dealership. What’s the best advice you can give a newbie like me besides “Run!” or “Don’t do it!” Really appreciate it.
