Self-hosted youtube-esque inteface for youtube channel rips? I'm using Jellyfin in general but doesn't seem suited for this kind of media

To be clear up front: this is *not* a post about scraping youtube metadata or other info. Instead, I want to know how I can organize self-hosted youtube downloads and to play them on my network.

I am using pinchflat to rip entire channels to my NAS. I end up with is a giant flat list of videos that are added to Jellyfin as "Shows". The idea was manually grouping these videos into "seasons" based on channel playlists. This doesn't seem to be working super well, however. Larger channels (300+ videos) won't even open on my TV. the Jellyfin app just beachballs. I am not sure what the bottleneck is here...I have tons of ram, but a pretty slow CPU in the NAS.

Does anyone have advice on how to use Jellyfin for youtube-specific content?
