Is it safe to tell a psychiatrists you relapse

I have an appointment with a new psychiatrist tomorrow. I've never met her before but she's a very recommended psychiatrist in my country. I never expected to relapse the day before that because I've been clean for so long when I decided to get an appointment. Is it safe to tell her that i relapse?
