Oahu Shallow Dives

I know Oahu isn't know to be the best diving but I'm going there for a trip and would like to fit a few dives in.

I am wondering 1) best dive company to charter and 2) best location for shallow water reef dives.

Trying to keep it under 30 feet due to preferences of my travel companion. I have been on dives before at Maunalua Bay. Looking for something different.
