SB19 Musings - Engagements, Endorsements, Stints, and Virality
Endorsements
When it comes to endorsements, reach can be a thing but that is not all of it. Brands have different criteria in choosing an artist depending on their business goals. It could be brand awareness or an increase in sales, or something else.
The fact that Bench chose SB19, means that they passed that criteria. The recent bench endorsement proved that SB19 is bankable and is a worthy endorser. It also showed how A'tin is the most dedicated fandom. Sa engagements pa lang na nang gagaling sa A'tin, panalong panalo na yung brand. Aside from making it trend in Twitter, making sure to engage in the brand's posts, A'tin also made sure to sold it out thus achieving both brand awareness and sales increase.
It also showed kung paano pinapahalagahan and how thankful A'tin are to Esbi's endorsements. When you tell A'tin to engage, they will surely engage. This is very evident when they are a potential performer to an event, a brand endorser, or even if they were featured in an article. A'tin will share the links for the posts and you'll see the engagement for that increasing.
To be fair, A'tin also shows genuine interest to the boys. Hindi lang yung reactions ang mataas, but even the comments and shares. It takes a second to react in a post, but it takes more effort to put a comment on it. I think, this is one of the strongest points for SB19 as endorsers. Their endorsements are always backed by A'tin.
Stints
With Stell guesting in Showtime, a lot of casuals were humored by him and it showed kung paano sya nakakasabay kay Vice when it comes to commedy and also showcased his hosting skills.
In Vice Ganda's Vlog it showcased SB19's depth as well as their humor. In their 'Suspect, Suspect Game', I actually got scared that they'll hurt each other (specially Pau lol) because they are very genuine and very open but you can see their strong bond through this because none of them were mad and they all treated it as just a game.
Two of their songs will be used for Dennis and Vice's entry for MMFF. We saw these two visit SB19's HQ to promote their movies where we saw a positive impact for both SB19 and the two artists.
In their recent stint for JBL, they also promoted both MMFF entries singing both Nyebe and Mapa in their performance showing their commitment to whatever endeavor they partake in.
Virality
SB19's talents speak for themselves. There were numerous times that they've been viral and this includes the Wicked Performance by Stell and the Mapa MR Removed Video from the First take. It showed their vocal prowess and harmony making many casuals admire them with some of these casuals becoming new fans.
These would explain the spike in their monthly listeners in spotify even though they have not released any new songs. Even their engagements in their social media accounts has seen a spike too.
With new fans coming in, they would surely look for recent contents from the boys and the A'tin days of Christmas is a perfect way to present who they are outside of performing and showcases how fun they are to watch.
Moving forward
They should continue doing content patterned to A'tin days of Christmas. It is short but entertaining which keeps the fandom entertained or could attract a new fan while it won't take too much of an effort for them to create it since these are only about 5 minutes long and they can just film it in their office during their breaks.
They were also invited to go to 'And the breadwinner is' premiere night as long as they are free. This could also be an opportunity for them to promote both the movie and themselves for the casuals too.
I'm not certain if this will complicate things for them though as they have two movies that features their songs. Maybe they could just go to the both of them as long as they have the time.
Overall, what has been happening so far is a good way to end the year and start the new one. They just came in from a two week vacation but blessings kept coming in for them.
