How to turn off voicemail notification?

Hi. I am getting voicemail notifications every 10-15 minutes and I want to turn them off. Unfortunately, the toggle button where I can turn them off is On by default and cannot be changed for some reason. How to fix it?

My phone is Galaxy S22+
