Has anyone transitioned from 100% commission?

Exactly what the title says; if you transitioned than you know the 100% jobs can be lucrative but wlb sucks and you are disposable and get treated same way, which is the biggest reason for quitting this type of a gig.

Have you transitioned to a different industry or role altogether? Did you take a pay cut? How was your career trajectory after quitting and going to base plus commission? I just want to hear your story.
