Anyone ask for a sign on bonus?

Currently interviewing for a new job and I’m set to receive my annual bonus at my current company in March, if I land this job it will be starting in the beginning of the year. Is it reasonable to ask for a 10k signing bonus and or ask to wait 2 months to start?
