Questions for students transferring Fall 2021

Hey everyone!

Im a transfer student thats going to RU- NB in the Fall but I legit have no information about housing, How I choose my majors, if credits will transfer, and just general info about the school that I'm going to. I keep calling Rutgers to get information, It could be that I'm asking the wrong questions but I'm really not getting much info out of anyone. I was just wondering if any transfer students as lost in the admission process as I am?
