Need Help with Runway Unlimited Account Issues

Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone here can help me figure this out because I’m at my end. I’ve had the Unlimited account for almost a year and a half, but now when I try to generate in Gen-3 (non-turbo), I’m being prompted to Upgrade to the Standard plan for more access.

This has been super frustrating because every month I feel like I’m running into issues - whether it’s throttling, crash reports, or billing errors. For context:

I was billed in December, and my next billing is scheduled for January.

There haven’t been any reversals or refunds.

My iTunes subscription confirms my Unlimited account is still valid.

I’ve had so many unresolved problems with this account lately, and it’s keeping me from meeting deadlines for my work. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to fix this or get proper support would be greatly appreciated.

Also I have emailed, and emailed, and emailed some more without response...
